E-mail to Hooper

Subject: REQ: Your Reactions to Final Recommendation

Dear Mr. Hooper,

Through Ward Associates study and discussions with colleagues, I’d like to recommend these changes to improve Hooper Inc., communication.

1. Key accounts should be covered by a group of two people to share the clients’ needs and to treat
    them more cordially.

2. The trading condition of key customers have to be orally reported to the Board of Directors once a
month (Any paper work will not be required.)
3. Create a transmission procedure for quick notification about product complaints so that we don’t
    lose our clients and reputation.

Please let me know that you have received this message and that you will give careful thought to these recommendations so that we can discuss them at our next management meeting.

Best Regards,

Betty Friedman,
Communications Director
